The Service relies on third-party AI providers (including Anthropic's Claude) to generate content. Recipe suggestions, ingredient detections, and nutritional estimates are AI-generated and may not always be accurate.
To use certain features you must create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@coldtocooked.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Prices may vary by region and are subject to change. Current pricing is always displayed in the App Store prior to purchase.
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account. Payment is charged at the time of purchase and automatically renews at the end of each subscription period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
Renewal charges are made within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings (Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions).
All refund requests are handled by Apple under their standard refund policy. We do not process refunds directly. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
Where offered, free trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends.

Apple HealthKit: Data written to Apple Health through this app is for your personal reference only. It does not constitute a clinical record and should not be used for medical decision-making.
The Cold-to-Cooked app, its design, logo, and underlying technology are our intellectual property. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.
AI-generated recipes produced through your use of the Service may be used by you personally. We retain no ownership claim over recipes generated for you, but we may use anonymized, aggregated usage data to improve the Service.
The Service integrates with third-party services including Anthropic, RevenueCat, Mixpanel, Sentry, Unsplash, and Apple HealthKit. Your use of these services through our app is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY OF AI-GENERATED CONTENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any recipe, nutritional information, or ingredient detection provided by the Service.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, COLD-TO-COOKED AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $10 USD IF YOU HAVE NOT MADE ANY PAYMENTS.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cold-to-Cooked and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting the app. To delete your account and data, email support@coldtocooked.com.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
Sections 8, 11, 12, 13, and 15 survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's rules, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may also have the right to access the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Cold-to-Cooked regarding your use of the Service and supersede any prior agreements.
